On a historic night in Las Vegas, the wrestling world came together in one of its most emotional and unifying events to date—“Beynefit for Bey”, a benefit show held at the Silverton Casino in honor of TNA star Chris Bey. Organized by Future Stars of Wrestling (FSW) and streamed live on Triller, the event featured a sold-out crowd, a lineup packed with top-tier talent from WWE, AEW, TNA, New Japan Pro-Wrestling, CMLL, and FSW, and a cause that brought together promotions, fans, and legends alike.
But this night was about more than wrestling. It was about resilience, community, and the unbreakable bond that ties the wrestling industry together.
Last October, Chris Bey suffered a catastrophic neck injury during a match against The Hardys. The injury was so severe, he was given only a 25% chance of ever walking again.
Known for his electrifying in-ring style, magnetic presence, and relentless hustle, Chris Bey is more than just a star—he’s an inspiration. His journey from Las Vegas hopeful to international standout has impacted countless fans and fellow wrestlers alike. That much was clear by the outpouring of support from every corner of the wrestling universe. The locker room wasn’t just full of names—it was full of family.
As fans filled every seat and watched from around the world, the night unfolded with unforgettable matches and heartfelt moments. Just before the main event, Cauliflower Alley Club Executive Board Member David Lawson, known affectionately as “The David Difference,” stepped into the ring to deliver a powerful message on behalf of the organization. He presented Chris Bey with a $2,500 check, made possible by the generous contributions of CAC members, and in a symbolic gesture of respect and unity, also awarded him with a lifetime membership to the Cauliflower Alley Club. The CAC, now in its 60th year, is the only 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization solely dedicated to providing financial assistance to professional wrestlers in need. From medical hardships to transitional support, the CAC exists to ensure that those who have dedicated their lives to the business are not forgotten when life hits hardest. The organization is run entirely by volunteers and fueled by the passion and generosity of its members. With annual memberships available for $35 and lifetime memberships for $400, every dollar goes toward helping wrestling’s past, present, and future.
The main event featured a hard-hitting showdown between WWE’s Karrion Kross (with Scarlett) and Hammerstone, a battle that left the crowd breathless. But the night reached its most profound emotional crescendo when Chris Bey himself was introduced after the match. Against all odds, he walked to the ring under his own power, greeted by a standing ovation and chants of “Bey! Bey! Bey!” that echoed through the arena. Overcome with emotion, Bey addressed the audience with heartfelt gratitude, stating, “I love you, I thank you, I am nothing without you.” You can watch the full event replay on TrillerTV.
The total raised that night has not yet been announced, but by every measure—attendance, impact, and energy—it was a monumental success. One that not only provided support for Chris Bey’s road to recovery, but also spotlighted the importance of organizations like the Cauliflower Alley Club and promotions like FSW that make nights like this possible.
